Great
Based on the website description we did not anticipate the amount of walking, stairs and steep inclines that we would have to navigate. It was not a stroll through the streets as depicted but rather a face-paced walk covering several miles. Tour guide walked very fast so we had to miss several parts of the tour as my companion, a senior, was unable to keep up. The guide would not adjust her pace so my companion and I ended up staying behind at several areas because it was too stressful. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sites were interesting. Lunch served at the winery was excellent. Driver was courteous, friendly and safe.

Excellent
Tour very well organized. Laura, our tour guide, was delightful and very knowledgeable about the history and background of the sites. The meal at the farm house was excellent too. Really like we that we travelled in a comfortable van with an excellent driver.

Loved the tour. Nebo was so knowledgeable and helpful. Great mix between tour time and alone time to explore.

Great
Overall, I enjoyed the tour. It was a convenient way to visit interesting sites near Florence. The tour felt small and fairly personal. The one thing that I would point out is that because our group was fairly small (7 plus guide and driver), we were able to get a small van that allowed us to go into city centers which was very convenient. However, because I was traveling solo, I was asked to sit up front between the driver and the guide which was a pretty tight space and not that comfortable during the rides between cities. Considering I paid the same amount as everyone else for the experience, I feel like I got the short end of the stick.
