Our tour guide, Oliver, was exceptional! He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. While some tour viewing sites had to be changed due to road closures in advance of the London Marathon, he made every effort to get us in position to see what we could. No complaints here!

Company advertised walk as an opportunity for good position for changing of the guards. Marathon road closures changed access and guide was not prepared (other companies cancelled their tours but Walks assured us they had a plan, but they did not). As a result we missed the primary focus of the tour

Our guide was terrific.
The only issue I had was when the Mounted police officer came forward and stopped right in front of me
when we were about to witness the changing of the guard. I couldn't see any part until the very end
when the Officer moved further up the line.
