Both Westminster Abbey and The Houses of Parliament were magnificent. I had forgotten how beautiful Westminster Abbey is inside. Going through the Houses of Parliament was fantastic; our tour guide took us to a place that is normally not open to the public, the dressing room for King Charles and Queen Camilla where they put on their robes and King Charles put on his crown. The room is near the House of Lords, where he read the opening of Parliament from the current government. I would recommend taking this tour if you can; it is worth it.

The guides' explanations and their extensive knowledge. The entrances are very easy with the guides and it is not complicated at all to enter the places, since you do not have to wait in lines.

Can I bring a bag with me into Parliament?
Yes, but you cannot bring large bags like luggage. Also, please note that for security reasons bag searches will take place at both Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. The following items are not allowed inside the houses of Parliament:
Sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and screwdrivers
Paint spray
Padlocks, chains and climbing gear
Items that make a noise (e.g. whistles)
Banners, placards and flags
Liquids that are not in sealable containers
Please do not bring them. If you have them confiscated from you upon entering, Walks cannot be held liable for the loss of your posessions.
Can I take pictures inside Parliament and Westminster Abbey?
No. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures inside either of these locations.
