We had a fantastic time on our tour. We thought that being able to enter early and see the opening ceremony and see the Crown Jewels early was a huge perk but our tour guide was just as amazing. We traveled with our 6 year old and even he loved the stories and was engaged.

The tour guide was a nice man but did not have the promised "green flag" and, as he was very short, he was difficult to find and follow! He walked fast too! He did not meet us outside the shop as we had been instructed so that was confusing. Not enough time is allowed inside the Jewel House beyond some quick looking - certainly not enough time to read half the info or watch half the snippets of video! This part of the tour was what most people wanted to see more of! However, getting into the Tower early was definitely a good idea, before the crowds!

Tour guide was great and knowledgeable. I liked having listening devices so everyone didn’t have to crowd around to listen. Perhaps could have been a tiny bit shorter, but I liked everything we saw. And would have been great to enter the Crown Jewels before the crowds, though they weren’t bad at all and didn’t change my experience.
