Thanks to Cassie in Madrid. Her tour was outstanding and the balance of history and exposure to food and drink was impeccable and enticing. we now want to learn more about Spanish history. Jose our guide was a delight to spend time with as were the other people on the tour. We were a group of 10 people and there was always ample space reserved for us in the tapas restaurants despite the fact that they were packed! My 3 children ranging in age from 17-10 all thoroughly enjoyed the experience as Jose interweaved history with anecdote and of course stops for delicious food. I can't recommend this highly enough - book it!!
