Alice was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. The 9/11 history is sad but the stories of courage and sacrifice are incredible and both sides of the history were dealt with with equal depth.we should not forget the tragedy , the sacrifice but also the hope for a better future and Alice made sure we wont !
