Fantastic tour of Grand Central Terminus with Sean. He was full of historical facts and interesting anecdotes - he even kept our 2 teenagers interested!
We learnt lots about New York in general - we ended up visiting Wall Street as a direct result of the GCT tour, and also noticed lots of 'Amsterdam' references around the city which would have completely passed us by without Sean's history lesson ?
The booking process was easy, and I got plenty of reminders about the booking - I was particularly impressed with the email/text message 2 hours before the tour time as we could easily have been distracted elsewhere in the city without it.
