Great tour with Orsola! Loved taking the taxi boat through the canals and then visiting San Giorgio. Great views and interesting church paintings. Even in the rain it was worth to he money!

The extensive canal tour far exceeded my expectations and while we werent able to go up in the tower due to a site issue, the views were amazing and our small group (4 people) was fantastic

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
No. Unfortunately, due to site restrictions we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. Guests should be prepared for a moderate level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods and climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for travelers with certain health conditions or mobility limitations.
Will the boat ride still take place in inclement weather?
In the event of bad weather, the boat operator may be required to cancel the tour for safety reasons. Please note that as this decision is made with your safety in mind, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
How many passengers can fit on the boat?
The boat we use for our private tour has a maximum capacity of 9 people. If you want to take the tour but have more people in your party please call us or write to [email protected]. Small Children 5 years of age and under do not count in the 9 person maximum.
Can the boat accommodate wheelchair users?
No. Unfortunately, the boat is not equipped to safely service wheelchair users.
