Rome Pizza Making Class in Trastevere

I had already joined a tour with Walks and I have to say that it is always a pleasure! The local food tour gave me the chance to discover very iconic places of the eternal city as well as taste the best food in the historical centre. Our guide Chiara was great and making this experience unforgettable. I am looking forward to book another tour with this company!

I have never had a pizza making tour so far but with this tour of Walks Devour I finally managed to lear secrets of pizza and I was very good! I enjoyed everything from the Prosecco to the steps of making what is the best food of all for me!

We were a group of 13, ranging from 13-77. Everyone thought the experience was fantastic. Creating the pizza dough was fun, being able to design our individual toppings was perfect so we each enjoyed our final version. The guides/chefs were lovely. We would highly recommend this as a wonderful group or family activity.

The pizza making experience was SO fun! The guides were amazing and entertaining, the knowledge shared was priceless, and the food was delicious! We can’t wait to try the recipe at home in our outdoor woodfired pizza oven. I hope to take the class again when I’m back in April!

This is a very interesting experience for travellers that come to Rome and want to learn how to prepare, make and cook the pizza from real experts. 100% recommended. Wonderful team building experience, we really enjoyed Roberto and her 2 colleagues teaching us how to make the dough of the pizza, being so precise in explaining all the steps. We were able to make our own pizza, put the toppings, sauces, condiments of our choice, then cook it. All of my team enjoyed the experience, along with the venue with music, drinks and appetizers available while preparing our own pizza.
