Cooking venue was great as well as the overview of local history related to the gourmet societies. Our guide and cook were great...kept things lively and fun. Group size was perfect. Hands on experience with the dishes kept us engaged. I'll be using these recipes entertaining friends at home.

This was just the right amount of time that we had to dedicate to a cooking class. I was so fun to see how some of the most traditional dishes were prepared and help with that preparation. The chef was very kind and knowledgable and Amaya was the perfect host (and translator). Definitely a "must" experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Authentic Basque Cooking Class in San Sebastián! It was so much fun to receive the hands on experience in preparing our own delicious Basque favorites with the guidance of chefs in a real professional chefs kitchen. We made our own Tortilla and mastered the "flipping" technique. We enjoyed Cod as well as a beautiful T-bone steak. We also made Burnt Cheesecake and enjoyed it with a nice dessert wine. The food was paired with amazing wines and we learned the technique of pouring the traditional Basque cider. Be prepared to walk out with a full belly and being confident in knowing how to prepare these basque favorites at home. We highly recommend this cooking class to anybody and everybody! What a great evening and Thank you to all who made it special. Stacy and Ed from California

This was the second Devour tour of our holiday and once again extremely enjoyable and informative. Our San Sebastián guides Hector and the lovely Osane were not just professional but extremely knowledgeable and engaging - providing a wonderful commentary on the culinary culture of each city. Highly recommend Devour tours to anyone.
